Most PCB quotes are returned within 1–3 business days of receiving your design files. Turnaround depends on layer count, technology, and any special requirements. Simple 2–8 layer boards are often quoted the same day, while high-complexity boards (40+ layers, RF, rigid-flex) may take up to 3 business days.

To generate an accurate PCB quote, we ask for Gerber files (RS-274X preferred), a drill file (Excellon format), a fabrication drawing with stackup and material call-outs, and a bill of materials if you need assembly. ODB++ and IPC-2581 files are also accepted. After you submit the form, you'll receive a secure upload link by email.

Yes. Summit Interconnect is ITAR Registered and manufactures printed circuit boards for defense, aerospace, and other regulated industries. All ITAR-controlled data is handled through our secure upload workflow — please do not include ITAR-controlled technical data in the free-text description field on the quote form.
